TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. CONDUCT & HARASSMENT

The Interviewer may end any session immediately if the Client is unreasonably rude (including directed vulgarity). We enforce a "Three Strikes" rule. Upon the third strike, the contract is terminated with no refund. We have a 0 Tolerance Policy of sever conduct (including sexual harassment and directed threats).

2. PREMISES LIABILITY

The Company and its contractors are not responsible for any accidents, falls, or injuries occurring within the Client’s residence. The Senior Living Facility, if applicable, shall also be held harmless for any actions or contracts between the Company and the Resident.

3. DATA LOSS & FORCE MAJEURE

  • Data Loss: Liability for catastrophic data loss is limited to a full refund of the labor for lost sessions or a credit to re-record.

  • Public Health: In the event of a facility quarantine or health emergency, the 6-month delivery timeline is paused until safe access is restored.

  • Personal Events: The Company may extend delivery by 6 months due to major illness or significant life events of the Interviewer.

4. THE DEATH CLAUSE

If the Client passes away during the term, the contract terminates. A partial refund will be issued for any remaining pre-paid sessions. All work-completed-to-date (audio/transcripts) will be delivered to the Estate or POA.

5. TECHNOLOGY & PRODUCTION

The Company retains the right to use writing aids, transcription software, and supplemental technology (including AI-assisted tools) to produce the final narrative and memoirs.

6. INTERVIEWS & SCHEDULING

  • Session Length: 45 minutes, once per week.

  • Location: Client’s personal residence/apartment.

  • Rescheduling: If the Company cancels, a make-up is guaranteed. If the Client cancels at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled interview, the Company will reschedule the interview for a later date. For interviews canceled within 24 hours of the planned interview time, the Company may reschedule or skip the week (no refund for skipped weeks). Make-up sessions may be scheduled after the originally intended "final interview" date.
